A. ## REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Step 1. Participant Screening and Category Selection

All prospective participants are required to complete the Registration Form ini this link: https://s.id/HSIC-ISCC_Registration2026

The purpose of this screening process is to identify the participant category and collect essential registration information.

Through a Google Form, participants will be requested to provide the following information:

  1. Full Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Phone Number
  4. Institution/Affiliation
  5. Country
  6. ISCC Membership Status
  7. Participant Category
    a. Conference Only (Audience)
    b. Conference + Oral Presenter
    c. Conference + Poster Presenter
  8. Proof of Payment (Upload)

 

Upon successful submission of the Google Form, participants will be directed to a confirmation page containing the official WhatsApp Group link. All participants are required to join the WhatsApp Group to receive important announcements, registration updates, presentation schedules, and conference-related information.

The information provided in the registration form will be used by the Secretariat to verify participant eligibility and process the registration according to the selected category

After completing the registration form, presenters must continue the submission process through the official conference website.

Submission requirements:

Letter of Acceptance (LoA), invoice, and payment proof will be provided through the conference website system after the review and verification process is completed.
